2026 Board Meetings:
Board meetings will be held virtually via Zoom until further notice on the 4th Wednesday of the month at 7 pm.
 
December Budget Ratification meeting will be held Thursday, December 3, 2026.  At least 44 owners need to be present to reject the proposed 2027 budget.
 
No meetings in August or November.
 
Pool is open for the season.  Pool will close on Labor Day.
2026 Meeting Dates
The Sunset Vista Condominiums Board of Directors will be holding meetings on the 4th Wednesday of the month except December Budget Ratification meeting. Please make a note on your calendar. The meetings will be held virtually through Zoom until further notice and will start at 7 PM.  A link will be sent out to all homeowners prior to the meeting.

Helpful Tips
Be kind to your neighbors.
 
Dispose of trash and recycle in the appropriate dumpsters. Please break down all boxes before placing in the recycling dumpster.
 
Keep all stairwells clean and clear of all items. Only doormats are allowed.  
 
Periodically check your storage locker and make sure it is still locked.  The board highly recommends all owners install a deadbolt lock on your storage lockers.  
 
Keep your unit door and vehicles locked at all times.  Remove all valuables from your vehicles and do not leave anything visible that may attract thieves.
